We build tools that protect your data. We apply the same standards to our own data handling.
What we collect
Strictly scoped intake categories: what accounts, billing and this website need.

Architectural boundaries enforced at the protocol level. We cannot read sealed mail, and we store no mail in readable form.

How we use data
Account data is used for these four purposes and nothing else. Website analytics are covered below.

Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* that hold a random identifier. Google receives the pages you view, where you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, and processes them under Google’s privacy policy.
We don’t use it for advertising, and it is not linked to any account. To opt out, block those cookies or use Google’s opt-out add-on. Cloudflare serves the site and sees the ordinary request data any web host sees.
Email we send
Our automated email goes only to account holders, about their own account, and is transactional: receipts, refund notices, notices before an automatic renewal charge, confirmations when auto-renew is turned on or off, payment alerts, notices that a free month or paid period is ending, and notices of material changes to our terms, privacy policy or prices. We send no marketing email.
These notices come from billing@adamanture.com, sent through Amazon SES in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, and replies go to support@adamanture.com. They carry no open or click tracking. Notices that a free month or paid period is ending can be turned off with one click; the others are always sent.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is open. Delete the account and we delete its data within 30 days, backups included on their rotation. Payment records are the one exception: we keep them for 8 years, because section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013 requires us to keep our books of account, and after deletion they are no longer linked to you.
Data residency
Account and billing data we hold is stored in India. Mail you read through Unlike Mail stays with your mailbox provider.
Third parties
Service providers do specific jobs for us: Cloudflare serves this website, Google Analytics counts its visits, Amazon SES sends our billing email and Razorpay processes payments. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, never to us. Unlike Mail lists its providers in its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Adamanture Private Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. Wherever you are, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, export it, stop using it or erase it, except the payment records we must keep.
