Service description & scope
Adamanture engineers hardware, software, and cryptographic systems, and provides engineering services on customer systems. Operational boundaries are strictly defined between provided software primitives and customer infrastructure.

Account requirements
You must provide accurate corporate credentials. You maintain exclusive responsibility for credential isolation, master key storage, and administrator access control.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for illicit operations, harassment, or infrastructure harm. Accounts in violation are terminated immediately.
Data ownership & key custody
You hold 100% exclusive ownership of all plaintext data, ciphertext, encryption keys, and configurations processed through our software. Adamanture asserts zero intellectual property rights or title over customer payloads.
Keys are generated client-side under sovereign customer custody. Where managed KMS services are provisioned, keys stored within our infrastructure are strictly envelope-wrapped by customer credentials—ensuring zero plaintext access or backdoor capability.
Limitation of liability
Software is provided as-is without warranty. Adamanture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
Changes to terms
Material changes are posted on this page and emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are an agreement with Adamanture Private Limited (CIN U62090TN2026PTC196554) and are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, after we have first tried to resolve them by email at legal@adamanture.com.
